I created this dress with light blue broderie anglaise detail cotton fabric. I wanted to experiment with creating a different bodice pattern than I had previously been using. I again adding boning in the bodice to add more structure and used a special decoration stitch next to each boning channeI. I also chose to use ribbons as the straps to add some detail to the dress. I fully lined the dress with repurposed cotton fabric from an old duvet cover.
